5006, 5026 and 5046 1st St North. Palm Bayou Apartments, just west of Winston Park Condos on 1st St North.
Please replace the garbage containers with clean containers. The current containers are filthy and smelly and have not been changed out in a couple of years. Containers are located at the back of the apartment complex in the alley. Thank you very much.
