The same construction company featured in Oct 17th "The Fixer" - for creating their own private parking zone has now decided to remove the no parking sign and stop sign without City approval. Also - they have in the past (have both photo & video evidence) ignored the construction activity by-law and moved equipment on/off site at 3am disturbing the neighbouring residents.
