Property owners have been sent orders to correct all violations.

When it comes to properties in poor condition, getting the owners to bring the property back into shape can sometimes take longer than we all like. We know this can be frustrating for neighbors, and we want to see the property improved as soon as possible. Because the timeline for getting these issues resolved is lengthy, and at times out of our control. We will be closing this request, but will continue to monitor the situation and insure the repairs are completed.
