Tar was placed in cracks in our neighborhood months ago. I understand there is intense here right now, but only certain spots of the tar are not cured. Of course they are right in front of my house on the cup-de-sac. My neighbor and I now have destroyed driveways and garage doors due to the tar sticking to our tires.

Is there anyway the bad tar can be fixed?
