Am owner of 121 9th st east. As above, SINK HOLE above COLLAPSED STORM DRAIN between properties. Ground collapsing. Dangerous. Your crew cleaned drain but is still collapsed from surface. They MARKED DANGEROUS AREA (see picture.) Please advise on replacing or inserting inner pipe so ground stops current collapse. Thank you.

This issue has dragged out for a long time and the question becomes why is a simply storm pipe that was brought to your attendtion 2 yrs ago and repeatedly now take 6 months to again transfer to a diifferent dept? I was told last week when you were here for the 4th time that since it is more than 4 ft below the bulk head it is not your issue. That was, and could be known from day one. IF this collapses and someone or our pets get hurt or worse, the city has been repeatedly told to fix this obvious issue, you have to be liable. You could have put a inner pipe in to at least suoport the broken existing pipe. Coming out every time at high tide is not an excuse. Having 3 or 4 workers here is not an excuse. CLeaning or blowing the pipe out form the street has no relevance to the broken pipe at the bulkhead and water outlet. Please call me to confirm immediate repairs are to be done.
