Description

I asked the owner of Great Clips, Cliff, to move his sign back 5' off the side walk. He refused to do so. This obstruction should not be on the sidewalk, which is intended for pedestrians. It is unfortunate that the owner refused a simple request and I needed to report this. I made the same request last year and one of the great cut employees said no problem and the rest of the year, the sign was not an obstruction.

Cliff stated he had a permit for the portable sign but would not allow me to see it. I wanted to see if the permit allowed the sign placement in the middle of the sidewalk.
