I have a few dead pine trees possibly on the easement which could be a safety concern for traffic. I would like to determine if they are the city's responsibility or ours.
Thanks!

Trees are located on an easement - We will need to do a right of way check before proceeding.

I visited the Pinecrest-Old Holton area last Friday.
I saw 7 dead pines. 5 are ON the M-B R/W. 2 are on private property. While I was there, the owner of #595 stopped to talk. I pointed out the tree which is his responsibility.
As you turn onto Pinecrest there are 4 dead pine on the left side of Pinecrest:
• The first dying pine is close to the curb and ON the M-B R/W.
• The second dead pine is in an open grass area and is OFF the M-B R/W and on the property of #595. The top has broken off and the bark is gone.
• The third dead pine is at the top of a steep bank shortly before the drive to #585. This dead pine is ON the M-B R/W.
• The fourth dead pine is in the front yard of #585 and is ON the M-B R/W.
After passing Pinecrest on Old Holton there are 3 dead pines on the left side of Old Holton:
• The first and second dead pines are on the top of the steep bank before the clearing for the power line. They can also be reached from Pinecrest Road. Both are ON the M-B R/W.
• The final dead pine is covered with ivy vines and is after the power line clearing. This tree is farther off the road and on the private property of #2156 Old Horton Road. Ownership is listed as; Mary Lee Flores, 2156 Old Holton Road, Macon, GA. 31204. This tree does not seem to be an immediate threat to the public road.
I painted a pink arrow on at the center of the roads pointing towards each tree which is Macon-Bibb’s responsibility. Attached is a sketch to help make this clear.
