Description

Residence has 3-5 buildings that have several bedrooms in each unit that are rented out on Airbnb. There is constant foot traffic and different people every day. Owners of house do not live on premises. This house/motel would not be an issue if it were only one or two different guests at a time, but there are constantly 3-6+ different people living here, parking their cars out front. Another thing to note: owners turned their front yard into a parking lot.
