Description

Last time I was at Richmond Beach Community Park, I didn't feel safe, there were people (possibly homeless) hanging out in the bushes right next to The Richmond Beach Library. I watched one of them come out of the bushes and went to use the porta potty, then return to the bushes. I have never seen them hide in the bushes next to the library, the homeless are usually in a corner of the park. I think Shoreline should lock that porta potty up for a while. Especially during the pandemic and to deter the homeless from using it. The guy I saw, I wouldn't be surprised if he was shooting up in there.
Thank you,
Susan
