Can this issue be addressed please, its a shame that the owner lets it look like this and they are on the City commission as well, its a rental property along with 219, these 2 house do nothing but bring down our property values, again please address this issue.

Not to minimize the issue - it does look bad. But I'm pretty sure it is NOT owned by a City Commissioner - a County Commissioner perhaps - or their family member, but not an Adrian City Commissioner
