Tenants and guests of apartment complex constantly leaving trash, such as food, liquor, and beer packaging on street, sidewalks and neighboring properties. Management approached but refuses to address as its not on their property. Issue tends to spill onto adjacent streets with overflow parking in nearby neighborhood.
