On top of this property having a huge rodent problem and being negligent, they have done some illegal roof repair and have tar dripping from the side of their house and has come onto my property. Please help or remove these people from this property. Also, every day there is someone from that house that yells gibberish out of the 2nd story window scaring neighbors. Seems to have mental issues.
