Since the fiber optic cable went in along Coldspring road the grass was torn up They 'fixed' it once did a terrible job. Called Verizon and they sent out a crew a week later to fix it. It is still in horrible condition. It is all weeds, not evenly graded. Some of it is low and other parts too high so the lawnmower scalps it. Some places were left with just dirt. They backed over my neighbors lawn with their equipment and left a depression all along her lawn. The covers they used are not even with the grade and cannot be mowed over This runs at least to 35th st and to 27TH st. What does it take to restore our boulevards?. .
