Many times after heavy wind, we lose power here. Our power lines go through the thick woods and thicket at the end of St George Rd, up a hill and exiting along the hard curve at Snake Hill. The lines are inaccessible causing Con Ed difficulty restoring power to our area. It leaves us without power for multiple days, sometimes as much as five. In the past, they have used helicopters. If somebody hits a pole on Snake Hill, our power is disrupted. Con Ed workers in our area told us they have having difficulty locating the problem this time. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Con Ed’s method of service to this community is ineffective and failed. To date, they have not officially provided any official correspondence since we lost power on Tue. Please advise. Thank you.
