Still no berm, not even anyone to come take a look at the issue. Please help. The rainy season is right around the corner along with the winter and is going to cause a substantial amount of damage.

Still nothing, no one has looked at it or has yet to even give me a response. I have called the city and they themselves have yet to give me an answer.

There used to be a fair amount of vegetation at the edge of the street and down the slope in that location, but it was removed? Seems that removal may have caused your issue.

Your issue has been assigned to a DPW employee for inspection. Once the scope and extent of the issue is determined, it will be scheduled for maintenance or repair as needed.
