On a regular basis there has been furniture and junk left at these donation bins. Can we get these bins removed seing it is a business in forclosure that has been unoccupied for years. Who give these bin owners permission to be on this property? If they are on a property, the property owner should be held responsible for the overflow and unkept bins with trash all over like any garbage bin. If they are cited numerous times, the bins should be removed. This just feeds the poor conditions/curb appeal of our neighborhoods. If I had trash/furniture all over my drive/yard, I would be cited and would be expected to be. City of Lansing, something needs to be done. How about we keep all the bins down in front of city hall for a drop off point and out of our neighborhoods??
