On both sides of University Avenue between Inwood Av and Sligo Creek Pkwy there is much litter and downed branches and tree trunks. It is a horrible mess.

No, this has not been fixed. I drive by this area several times a week and see the same debris: paper, plastic, branches, sawed-down trees, etc., etc.
Why should anyone make a complaint on anything if you are no more effective than on this issue?
