Safeway handicap parking used to be in front of entrance to the store, no I notice went shopping the parking for handicap was moved way to the other side of the lot, by the time I finished shopping I had to walk a way longer distance to my vehicle which sometime is very painful after walking through the store shopping. My question are these handicap space legal to have them moved from the front to the other side of the lot. Thank you Tom Morris
