Very large tree at the end of Prospect Street, near the apartment building, just before Montgomery Road. Half the tree is dead. The dead side is on the sidewalk. The live side is quite large hangs over the powerlines in the street. It’s only a matter of time before the tree rots through the middle and crashes down onto the street below possibly onto a car. Likely will take down the powerlines at the same time. Very dangerous. Needs to be removed.
