I would like a sign posted at Hawthorne and Glenwood St, Do Not Enter Residents Only (certain times)

Signs that are posted on Upper Highland in Medford could be used as an eexampl.

Hawthorne St is being used as a cut thru for traffic for drivers who do not want to wait for the lights at Highland and Glenwood
Drivers are speeding down Hawthorne St and not slowing down to ,allowing the residentsto get out of their own driveway.
I assume the other side streets on Glenwood would be effected, also.
It will be a matter of time, when the traffic will be to Oak Grove.
This is a safety issue!
