As the president of my homeowners association, I could not be more disgusted with the service provide by David Floyd and Associates. Our representative, who we were not too happy with in the first place, retired. No one from this organization contacted us to inform any board members. Several items that this representative was working on for us were lost in the shuffle with no one knowing. Homeowners were very upset when work orders they were expecting never got completed. After calling the office several times, I finally spoke to David Floyd himself three days later. He was unapologetic but assured me he would get on top of things and call me back the following Monday. It has been three weeks and he has not called, nor has anyone else from his company. Now that I am seeking a new company to work with, I can not get the documentation I need from David Floyd and Associates. Please do not consider doing business with this company.
