Description
The timing of the lights between Curtis and the Rt. 2 on/off ramps is absolutely ridiculous! It can be SO frustrating heading south on Rt. 91 to go east on Rt. 2. The city needs to fork out some money to get these timed correctly so traffic can pass through and get on the highway.

91 lights are bad!! How bad??? I set a point at light at Reeves & Lakeshore and then at Route 2 West at the bridge at the entrance ramp. Coming from Surfside it takes 7:00-10:30 minutes to go up 91 to Rt.2 West. Going up Reeves to Lost Nation to Rt.2 West to the bridge takes.....5:30 minutes going out and 6:30 minutes coming home that way.
It's actually FASTER to go out of our way into Willoughby and up/down Reeves than to go up 91. Plus...When you get the green light coming off Rt. 2 at Lost Nation, you get the green light at Reeves going North. Willoughby has it figured out!!
The Reeves route from Surfside has only 2 lights to hit. The Lakeshore to 91 route has TEN!!!....and you normally get stopped at them all!!
