What a brilliant observation. How helpful. And *this* is why they created this web site... to report problems that need fixing. Which is what I did.
To the site admins... the light is till burned out as of 12/26/2013.

134 Walton is about 2 miles away from the original ticket. That, combined with the original ticket being about a red light which has been fixed, leads me to believe that you might have better luck addressing your issue by starting a new ticket that is specific to your issue. If you do decide to open a new ticket, please close this one, again.
