Description
Older, well abused car left in neighborhood, with both a flat and a missing tire (2). No license plates, no phone number, no contact information left on vehicle.
Have the police run the registration, the City tow and impound it, contact car owner to pick it up.and pay for it.
The house is already falling apart and rotting with brickwork rubbled, gutters broken or missing, roofing patched but not repaired, and soffets rotted, warped and hanging down. The windows are broken with their glass shards left on the ground in full public view and open to neighbors from two streets.
This is not only an eyesore and safety issue to the community, but depressing in market values, community pride, and faith in the City's true commitment, resolution, and authority to regulate in and for the public welfare and good.
Community Development and the Municipal Courts have been shown powerless in a multi-year saga of dealing with the issue.
Who is going to step up to the plate and play ball, or does the City have any?
