Description

On Weekends and nights when this traffic signal is off "peak demand," vehicles turning from the WakeMed Emergency Department cross the loops for the left turn/straight lane when going to the right hand turn lane. The loops immediately trigger a red light thinking there is a vehicle in that lane.
