Description
Someone put whiskey barrels in the middle of Chestnut St at three locations. These barrels do not have reflectors and pose a life safety issues for vehicles driving at night. Also, I think that this is part of the weekend 'street calming' effort. However the barriers are still in place this am Monday Aug 24.
