SeeClickFix is not the Star's website. It is a North America-wide community engagement tool that is run out of Connecticut. We offer a link to it as way to report issues. Many other people have also complained about it, but the Star has no control over the reporting options or how they are presented. You can always email complaints to thefixer@thestar.ca or to me personally at jlakey@thestar.ca.
