Description

These are the trash cans that belong to 725 SW Topeka Blvd. They keep them behind the property at 506 SW 8th. The cans are rarely closed and very frequently overfilled. They don't clean up the mess and it blows everywhere. Additionally, when tenants move out and leave mattresses and large pieces of furniture, the landlord allows them to pile up behind the building and frequently they get brought over to my property at 717 SW Topeka Blvd. Recently the mess was built up to 5 mattresses and 2 sofas, which I believe the property owner on 8th st was left paying for the clean up. I have even received an email from the property owner at the 8th street address threatening to sue me over the garbage left in that location. This is not my garbage and I feel that the property owner needs to be responsible for the clean up and maintenance of their own garbage and keep their garbage cans on their property.
