Can we take a look at the North Bound Side of Main St from a traffic safety perspective. The intersection of Medford St and Main St had a left turn lane and a travel thru lane. There is a one/two hour parking sign on the traffic signal. It allows parking “two” cars between the driveways. The photo taken shows the narrow pacing which completely gets closed off as the truck encroached into the intersection .

Can we please see about making this segment of road between the two driveways No Parking.

We are constantly pinched in by the left turn lane encroaching into the traffic intersection. Those in the north bound travel lane can barely make it pass this location. Busses and truck cannot proceed until the left turners complete their turns. This causes traffic on the north bound side and is a general unsafe traffic configuration.

I humbly request that the city please look at the traffic configuration and travel lane spacing. Personally I have never seen a narrow configuration such as this in quite some time. Someone at the city is looking at parking situation in the city. We and the city thank you for deciding to make the segment of Cross St between ferry and Henry st no parking.
