Description
The tree in front of my home which is on city property is dying Every time there is a strong wind, storm or heavy rain. Large heavy branches have fallen in front of my home. One time a heavy tree limb hit my son, another time a tree limb hit my neighbor's guest. Luckily no one was outside the other times heavier limbs have fallen .I have called the city multiple time to no avail. This is unacceptable . .
