I have checked the intersection of Mulberry Lane and Bridge Lane and have confirmed the line of sight restriction. The owner of the property has been sent a notice requesting that he bring the property into compliance with the Town Ordinance. Should they fail to do so this will be referred to the Zoning Enforcement Officer
