Description

Pedestrians unable to cross streets due to lack of plowing to the curb/no walkways shoveled in crosswalks. Buses are dropping people off in the street and people are CLIMBING OVER SNOWBANKS to get to sidewalk and again to cross the street. As usual DPW fails to carry out routine duties.
