It's funny you can't grow balls & knock on someone's door & ask them to clean it up. But can be pu***s & call the borough & CYS like punks! The tenant has 4 little kids to take care of. Plus upstairs tenant haven't used the yard in 3 years the first floor tenant was there! Recycling isn't mandatory! Neighbors steal your $40 trash cans! Toys aren't abandoned. They are still played with!

I am the landlord & there no issues with either tenant. Yard is fine & there no violations under either lease agreements nor borough laws.
