Description

Issue 1) At 967 Nacion Ave a man appears to be using a motor home as his permanent residence. (I believe this is a code violation).
Issue 2) This same man always has about 10 or more garage bags full of cans out in the driveway which is extremely unsightly. He carries these bags with him around the area in a shopping cart sometimes leaving the bags in the road and on the sidewalk obstructing traffic.
Issue 3) I recently moved to the area about three months ago and I've noticed an increase of homeless people in the area. Can police or code enforcement officers drive the area to deter the homeless from loitering and digging in trash cans looking for cans?
