A. Guess the city has regressed so much that we are now allowing trucks to park and run their refer units all night on Market st so people can't even open their windows at night. Bet if it was happening to any of the city staff it would end. Time to revoke any overnight parking privileges give to the hotel or maybe a lawsuit.
