As a homeowner on Elm St trying to keep up my property values I have a complaint the sidewalks from Federal St to the corner of Main is a disgrace. trash ,broken bottles weeds, hunks of asphalt all over the sidewalks. Also other owners leaving junk like old furniture on sidewalk from time to time. Also illegal parking at the end of Federal and other marked no parking zone.
