Looks like they took all of our yard debris except this bag. It appears that the bottom tore away when they picked it up, which I'm sure is a result of sitting out on the curb for days on end waiting to be picked up. Will the truck not take bags that are torn?

To avoid making a mess the torn bag was left. Our work crews utilize a pitchfork and if the debris in the bag had been strewn about; cleanup attempts would have left a larger mess.
If at all possible; recontainerize the debris (i.e. plastic bag or cart) and we will be glad to remove on your next pickup.
