This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Parks Mgmt Team (20020926897) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Also, please know that if you are the property owner and you are alleging fence damage, you may receive instruction for filing a claim with the City Attorney by dialing 804-646-7940.
