Description
Have been enjoying the Pickle Ball Courts at Leslie Park all summer. Was thrilled to recently learn that South Maple Park also had Pickle Ball Courts. Unfortunately the condition of the courts is such that play is not really feasible. Might explain why I so rarely see anyone at that park in my neighborhood. Both courts are SIGNIFICANTLY cracked, areas are not level so puddles of water accumulate and fencing could use tarp covering to diminish impact of wind. These are all features of the Leslie Park Courts and it seems that all neighborhoods should have similar quality conditions. I noticed on-line that some of the Burns Park Courts are slated to be converted to Pickle Ball Courts as well. Pickle Ball is clearly a growing sport (Leslie Courts are often full when I go in the mornings) and appreciate the City's efforts to expand the courts to multi-use. South Maple just needs a lot of TLC.

Thank you for your quick response. Can you give me a sense of when the "next round" will be considered? Is Spring 2021 or Summer 2021 a possibility?
Thanks, Lilian
