this manhole cover is not fitted. it is too large for manhole and just rests on top of hole.. Chicago water department workers expressed safety concerns about it in spring 2020 and said they would fix it, but it has not been repaired. we have a young child and this is dangerous for our famiky and others in the neighborhood.
