Description

There is a city water meter leaking at the 3700 ish block of WS Phillips It's between Chinook and Spring Creek Elem It has been leaking for a couple of weeks. I reported it, but was told there was no water meter there. Obviously there is, see the picture. There is so much water leaking out that it is running down the street and into the sewer.
