Hi! This is on e 82nd between York and 1st ave? We have called 311 three times for this issue and the DOT just tells us it’s in compliance. It’s so crazy because it’s so loud. I’m sorry you guys are hearing this too.

Hi Ani! I filed a 311 report as well and no luck. I’ve contacted community board manager to help, and let’s see how it goes! Fingers crossed.

If we get enough ppl to complain consistently about this I’m sure that will help. 311 did tell me that the permit for this construction is set to end on Nov 4th but not sure if they can extend it, etc.
