8/24/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the drainage problem in front of the footbridge has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management (Request #20020860942) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Because of time that may be involved with this request, updates or follow up can be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000 and referring to Request #20020860942

9/13/2012 Stormwater Management noted after their investigation that this location area near gardrail needs to have vegetetion cut and asphalt swell cleaned to allow water to flow to grate behind gardrail, basins will need to remove grate and pump out basin

11/30/2012 - Service Review: Stormwater Managment reported that as of 11/8/2012, their crew cleaned vegetation from this location placed stone in driveway area and jetted inlet to restore proper drainage to this area - this case file is closed out -
