Description

The bus stop is on Carls Ct, Ellicott City, MD 21043. This stop is adjacent to the Walmart on North Ridge Rd, Ellicott City, Md 21043. I am a board member of the Ellicott's Retreat Condominium Assoc. Every morning when I walk my dogs, I bag trash left at the bus stop from the Walmart shoppers. They also leave their Walmart carts at the bus stop. The Condo board would like to know if this is a permanent bus stop? If it is, is it possible to have a trash can that can be emptied. This stop is at the entrance to our community.
