There seems to be a disproportionate amount of trashy trash dumping in our river city, and not so many code enforcement personnel to pick up after these law breaking infantiles (infantile only because I saw a big load of diapers and other dumped near CVS, Lonetree awhile back). O. K. lets just call them big babies! Anyway, would it be more cost efficient and expedient to include this type of trash detail as part of the contract Antioch has with Republic Disposal?
