Are the covers still missing?

We have contacted Charlotte Mecklenburg Storm Water services and they say this area is controlled by NCDOT. Now, NCDOT is looking into if the HOA is responsible for them. I can't make this stuff up.

But we do not HAVE AN HOA in this community. SO now what???? WE NEED ANSWERS this is incredibly unsafe!!!

Also there was another set of missing drain covers on the main street of the neighborhood (Woodland Farms) in addition to these that are STILL missing on Silvercrest (4 in total were missing initially). Somehow those drains got replaced, no clue HOW or by WHO, so how did those get replaced, and by whom, and the other ones on Silvercrest NOT get replaced at the same time???

There is no HOA. These streets do not belong to us they should be managed by the county or state. Drains covers still missing along with the stop signs.

Still missing

This issue has been fixed. Big Thanks to Sharon Foote of Mecklenburg County for finally realizing the public safety issue here. But the real thank you goes to the town of Mint Hill who loaned two of their own drain covers and provided the man power to fix this issue.
