Description

Abandoned building (Lincoln Hotel), was slated to be demolished by owner within a six-month period, which nyc violation was issued two years ago. Upon owner not demolishing the building, the City was to demolish it within six months! The building is rat and raccoon infested! Mold is growing! Broken and open windows and doors, weeds and fence blown down with every storm! This is a health hazard during Covid and should be demolished! Nefarious individuals gathering outside all hours!
