Really? These buildings are about to fall down. One is adjacent to an occupied home. The owners are scared the building adjacent will fall any day. It's not gutted, it's trashed and falling - bricks are falling from the building. L&I needs to get someone out here to demolish!

Still up. Still dangerous. The Philadelphia Housing Authority owns them an REFUSES to demolish them!

STILL not demolished! And pieces are falling off. The structures are about to collapse.

The city had a contractor demolish ONE of the houses. The demolition crew wrecked the sidewalk of the occupied and renovated house next door.
The demolition crew's fill in job of the lot after demolition was NOT up to standard: the hole was filled but the property's basement was not sealed and now water leaks into the basement of the occupied hand renovated home next door.

Fix botched job the city & PHA did: Sidewalk very damaged, the hole debris was shoved into was not sealed and now water leaks into the basement of he occupied and renovated home next door.

City workers visited the property and took photos and perform a visual examination. What is next? The sidewalk of the adjacent, renovated home was damaged by the demolish job of the PHA properties. The property isn't maintained at all. Water leaks into the basement of the previosulys mentioned home next door. Come on PHA, you can do better than this.

The sidewalk of the adjacent, renovated home was damaged by the PHA/city hired demolition crew's heavy equipment of the PHA properties. That's just one of the problems the demolition crew left the home owner with. Not cool. Fix it.
