Description
The sidewalk of the property at the corner of Shadow Wood Drive and Covington Drive (10016 Covington Drive) is covered in algae - both sides of the property (on Shadow Wood and Covington). If it gets even the slightest bit damp/wet or rains, it is so slick it becomes a fall hazard.
