car next door..driveway is right under my bedroom window..resident comes and goes litterally every 30 to 40 min.all day and night..no exhaust system on the car..i can smell carbon exhaust through my window and am kept up all night by the noise of car coming and going constantly..ITS UNREAL LOUD!
